Jessica Kaluza: Helping couples, families, and women build stronger connections and find hope in challenging times
Do you feel disconnected, anxious, or lonely? Are you longing for increased trust and intimacy within your relationships? I work with couples and individuals who are struggling to connect or repair difficult situations. Whether you are looking for an individual therapist, couple’s therapist, or family therapist, there is hope. I would like to provide a space for you to both process and gain tools that will be helpful in your everyday life.
I help clients navigate the challenges, transitions, and stress in life to find joy. I work with couples and families who struggle with communication and conflict and just can’t seem to find a way out of the fighting. I also provide premarital counseling. I assist adoptive parents and children in processing issues that arise around attachment and adoption.
Attending therapy can give us the tools to feel seen, heard, and known. It can help us find hope in parenthood. It can help us find peace from anxiety and depression.
I received a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Whitworth University. I use experiential and attachment-based therapy approaches including Gottman Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). I work hard to stay up to date on techniques that help individuals reach their goals.
I recognize calling to schedule is sometimes the most difficult step. I look forward to answering any questions you have and working alongside you.

Attachment-based therapy addresses patterns formed in early relationships that affect current relationships. This approach helps individuals understand how early attachment experiences influence emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, and personal development.
Faith Integrated Counseling
We offer a Faith Integrated therapeutic approach that honors your unique spiritual journey and values. Rather than promoting any specific belief system, we create a respectful space where you can explore how your faith, spirituality, and personal values guide your healing process. We combine evidence-based therapeutic practices with sensitivity to your spiritual perspective, supporting holistic well-being that encompasses mind, body, and spirit in alignment with what matters most to you.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy identifies and changes negative thought patterns affecting emotions and behaviors. This evidence-based approach effectively treats depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions by developing practical coping strategies and improved emotional regulation.
Eclectic
We recognize that each person's healing journey is unique. Our eclectic approach draws from multiple therapeutic techniques, carefully tailoring our methods to meet your specific needs, allowing us to create a personalized, holistic approach that supports your individual path to emotional wellness.

Family and Marital Therapy improves relationships and resolves conflicts between family members. This therapeutic approach enhances communication, strengthens emotional bonds, and develops healthy interaction patterns to create more satisfying relationships.

Multicultural Therapy recognizes the importance of cultural factors in mental health. This culturally responsive approach considers how ethnicity, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, and other cultural factors influence psychological well-being and the therapeutic process.
Narrative
Narrative Therapy helps clients separate themselves from their problems and rewrite their life stories. This collaborative approach views people as experts in their lives and problems as separate from identity, creating space for preferred stories and identities.
Person-Centered
Person-Centered Therapy, developed by Carl Rogers, creates a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings with a therapist who demonstrates genuine empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. Rather than directing your journey, we trust in your natural capacity for growth and healing, believing that when provided with these core conditions, you'll discover meaningful insights and solutions that align with your unique values and needs. This humanistic approach honors your inner wisdom and empowers you to develop greater self-awareness and personal growth at your own pace.
