Couples Therapy

We all long for deeper connections with our partners. At times, couples come to therapy with their relationship in shambles, as a last ditch effort. Other times, couples come to therapy uncertain how to get out of communication patterns that have been ingrained in the relationship. Together, we work to create a safe open environment, in which couples learn more about themselves as well as each other.

Family Therapy Icon

Family Therapy

Families often find themselves in need of a guide, when situations become over whelming and there is a disconnect in communication. In family therapy, we strive to identify the dynamics that contribute to distress, as well as the historic and underlying issues that effect a family.

Tegan Brindley

I am passionate about working with people through a variety of diagnoses and life circumstances. Whether you are going through a difficult transition, relationship problems, overcoming trauma, coping with anxiety or depression or just want to become more self-aware and live to your fullest potential, I take a person-centered, emotionally focused approach to helping people thrive in different areas of life.

Hannah Brugger

I believe people have immense value and my goal is to help individuals discover their inherent worth. Not unlike a tender plant in a darkened room, everyone is reaching toward light and meaning. My goal is to help you determine your purpose or light and learn skills that can enhance your ability to weather any storm. Part of my approach as a counselor is to provide a collaborative and uplifting environment, where individuals can leave feeling empowered, truly heard, and seen. At the end of the day, I want you to understand what compassion and charity feels like.

Caitlin Hill

Human beings share an intrinsic need for connection, understanding, and meaning which we gain through our relationships with each other. This is why repeated conflict, negative assumptions, and misunderstandings in our most important relationships are so painful. Are you emotionally exhausted? Do you find yourself caught in repeating patterns of conflict, anger, and resentment? Are you completely unsure if you and your partner are even capable of knowing each other? Do you feel defeated by feelings of disconnection and emotional tension without the tools to move toward real change? Then you know it's time to seek help.

Katie Maehl

I am currently a master’s student at Gonzaga University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I place high value on authenticity and meaningful connections with everyone I work with. My hope is to create a non-judgmental space where individuals can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. In my approach, I prioritize empathy, understanding, and empowerment while supporting the client to achieve their counseling goals and overall wellness.

Ian Redfield

Life can be overwhelming, and navigating challenges alone can often feel impossible. As your therapist, my goal is to create a non-judgmental, warm, and open environment where you feel safe and supported as we tackle these challenges together. I understand that each person is unique, which is why I tailor the counseling process to your individual needs and strengths, supporting you on your journey toward achieving your goals.
