Triana

I’m Triana, a master's student at Gonzaga University studying Marriage and Family Counseling. I’m passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s ups and downs. Whether you’re navigating relationship conflict, life transitions, personal struggles, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you move forward and toward the life you envision.

We’re all shaped by unique, beautiful, and sometimes challenging experiences, relationships, and backgrounds. Delving into these complexities can feel daunting, but it’s also a powerful step toward change. I strive to meet you exactly where you’re at, offering empathy, understanding, empowerment, and authenticity as we navigate your journey together. Building a meaningful, collaborative therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my approach, and I believe this connection can help us achieve your goals.

Outside the counseling office, you’ll find me in the mountains or on the river — running, biking, skiing, or rafting. Inside the counseling office, you’ll find me eager to join you on your journey, wherever it may lead.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Let’s work together to tap into the resilience that’s already within you and move toward the positive change you’re seeking!
