I am passionate about working with people through a variety of diagnoses and life circumstances. Whether you are going through a difficult transition, relationship problems, overcoming trauma, coping with anxiety or depression, or just want to become more self-aware and live to your fullest potential, I am here to help process and give tools for healing and health.

I take a person-centered, emotionally focused approach to helping people thrive in different areas of life. I hope to strengthen my clients’ confidence and self-love through empowerment and clinical techniques that increase self-awareness and choice in their lives.

I received a Masters degree in Theology from Fuller Seminary and a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Gonzaga University. I have been working with adolescents, young adults, couples, and families for over 12 years and love to help people heal from and strengthen their relationships with themselves and others.

I would love to work with you and join you on your journey through whatever life may throw at you. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
