My name is Ian Redfield, and I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Whitworth University. I am trained in The Gottman Method and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and I also use LifeSpan Integration to assist clients working through trauma. My therapeutic style is integrative, combining Person-Centered Therapy, The Gottman Method, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Experiential Therapy to provide a comprehensive approach to healing and growth.

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking to improve their relationships and overall well-being. Whether you are facing difficulties in communication, trust, self-esteem, or managing life changes, I am here to help. For individuals, we will explore the barriers preventing you from living the life you desire. For couples and families, we will work together to build stronger, more secure relationships that serve as the foundation for positive change.
