Ian Redfield
Life can be overwhelming, and navigating challenges alone can often feel impossible. As your therapist, my goal is to create a non-judgmental, warm, and open environment where you feel safe and supported as we tackle these challenges together. I understand that each person is unique, which is why I tailor the counseling process to your individual needs and strengths, supporting you on your journey toward achieving your goals.
My name is Ian Redfield, and I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Whitworth University. I am trained in The Gottman Method and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and I also use LifeSpan Integration to assist clients working through trauma. My therapeutic style is integrative, combining Person-Centered Therapy, The Gottman Method, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Experiential Therapy to provide a comprehensive approach to healing and growth.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking to improve their relationships and overall well-being. Whether you are facing difficulties in communication, trust, self-esteem, or managing life changes, I am here to help. For individuals, we will explore the barriers preventing you from living the life you desire. For couples and families, we will work together to build stronger, more secure relationships that serve as the foundation for positive change.
Building a strong, therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my practice. Through this connection, I aim to support and challenge you, helping you to grow and thrive. Taking the first step toward counseling can be daunting, but I am here to guide you through it. Please feel free to reach out with any questions via email or phone. I look forward to hearing from you and working together to help you achieve your goals.
