Phone and Email Scheduling
It takes an incredible amount of bravery to schedule your first session. I am so honored to work alongside you! In order to schedule an appointment you can call me directly at (509)688-4844 or send me an email at email@example.com. I respond to calls and emails within 24 business hours. Once you have scheduled an appointment, I will send you a welcome email detailing information about my office and what to expect in our first session together.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide payment at the time of service. I accept cash, checks, and credit cards. I am not considered an in network provider for insurance companies, however I would be happy to provide an invoice that you may submit to your insurance company for out of network coverage. When choosing this option, you pay for your session in full and the insurance company reimburses you if they approve this specific out of network service. You can request to receive a receipt for your personal and/or insurance needs. If a special payment arrangement is needed, please discuss this with me prior to your session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let me know as soon as possible, as that session slot could be utilized by another client. Please note that 24-hour advance cancellation or rescheduling of appointments is required in order to avoid being billed for the session. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment within the 24-hour time frame, or no-show for an appointment, you will be charged your full session fee.
