Jessica received her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Whitworth University. She has practiced in both clinical mental health and private practice setting. She utilizes various therapeutic techniques that embrace an attachment framework. Jessica works with individuals, couples, and families. As an avid reader, Jessica spends much of her time investing in training and workshops that further her expertise in the areas of Marriage and Family therapy. Jessica has received training in Emotion Focused Therapy, as well as Gottman Therapy. Originating from the Inland Northwest, Jessica loves trail running, Kayaking, and spending time with her family at the lake.
Jessica’s style is warm, humorous, holistic, and direct. Jessica recognizes that we all desire to live a good life. Therapy provides a space to process the challenges that are holding us back from that life. She believes we are created for connection, and that there is a longing for healthy relationship. Jessica works with clients to identify areas of distress both individually as well as in relationships.
